Not "mini" as in there are cheeks hanging out the back or you can't bend over or sit down without flashing everyone...mini as in it's above the knee.

I'm asking on behalf of myself and not someone else...and I'm 24, will be 25 in May.
I'm a "young-ish" (early 30's) mom, and I use my own judgment when it comes to wardrobe. If I'm going somewhere with my toddler where I'll constantly be bending over and squatting or holding my squirming son, I don't wear low-cut tops, low-slung pants, or short skirts. I save my "racier" clothes for when I go out without my son. There's a time and place for short skirts -- just use common sense.
