Lose 2 Inches Off Waist
Here's how to lose 2 inches off the waist with minimal exercise and in minimal time. Forget that gym stuff... what I'm sharing with you right now is BETTER.
1. HIIT on stairstepper
This will take about 14 minutes of your time, 3-4 times a week. So less than 1 hour. What you do is use high intensity intervals and mix them with low intensity intervals while on the stairstepper. This requires you to use the manual buttons to adjust the intensity during the exercise.
I want you to do 2 sets of 6 minutes with a 2 minute rest between each set.
Follow this sequence when doing the stairstepper. 20 seconds low intensity and slow followed by 10 seconds of all-out stepping. Keep repeating that. So it will be 2 rows of red dots at low intensity and 1 row of red dots at high intensity.
For low intensity, I usually have it so that the row of red dots only has 3 of them showing. It's a nice easy walking pace. For the high intensity, I have the red dots as high as the machine allows.
The reason why this is great for burning off inches of fat from your body is because it enhances the after-workout burning of calories. This doesn't happen when you do cardio at the same speed.
2. Suck in your belly a lot
This doesn't require much effort at all. It's pretty easy, yet VERY VERY effective for reducing your waist size fast. Suck in the lower belly as hard as you can, then release it. Do this over and over again for 5 minutes a day.
It's called the vacuum pose. My clients who do this routinely lose 2 inches in 3-4 weeks. The only problem is that you have to do these everyday. So don't skip days.
That's how to lose 2 inches off your waist in a few short weeks in minimal time each day.

Help me with understanding childrens clothing size, PLEASE????
I purchase jeans and other slacks with an idea that she is a size 5T. For only 3~she is tall, slender, but her legs are short. Now I buy her a size 6 and the length is too long. I love the pants you can get with the adjustable waist!!
If I measure her with a measuring tape.....How would I convert this to the size of childrens clothing? ANd what in the bloody heck does the "T" stand for? Like 2T, 3T and so on, I assume it means toddler but like most things I could certainly be wrong.!!
"T" stand for toddler. But that means your average toddler. My daughter has a pair of pants that she wears with no problems as capris, and those pants are from when she was 18 months. She's not 6 yo. So I know exactly what your going through!!
You can either roll up the pants, and pin them down, or get her 5T, and see how they fit her in the waist. We had to buy my daughter 4T when she was 3, because she's so tall. My son has to wear 3T, when he was barely 2. Now that he's almost 3, we're going to have to get him a whole new wardrobe.
If she's slender, then you should be able to stick with 5T, and the fit should be almost perfect. Don't worry about if it cuts into her a little bit. If she has to suck her tummy in a teeny bit, then that's fine. If she has to suck it in, back to her spine, and lay down so she can get the pants on, then they may be a bit to small lol.
You're best bet would be go with a size smaller, or just roll the pants up and pin them down. Or instead of buying her jeans, buy her sweatpants. They have some really cute pants that don't look like they did when we were 6. You remember those? They were tight at the top, and at the ankles, and puffed out in the legs? They have them now, to where they flare at the knee, and they have cute little designs on them. They look atlot better then they did when I was that young!
